Fundamentals is a great place to start for those who want to learn the basics in a class environment with instructors present to help you along the way! 🔥

The gym will be closed this, Monday, May 18th for Victoria Day.

📅Schedule Update:

The gym will be closed this Sunday, May 10th to allow us to reset the gym after Punchout MS Encore, that is taking place at our gym on Saturday.

We will be setting up Friday, from 7:30pm-9pm and putting the gym back together Sunday starting at 11am for anyone who would like to assist.

While we aren't selling tickets for the event has the link to purchase tickets in their bio for those interested in attending.
