We’re excited to officially announce a new partnership between The Basketball Skills Academy (TBSA) and Next Level Sports.
Together, we will be hosting 2 Assessment Clinics for basketball athletes of all ages designed to give players and families a clear starting point in their development journey and a better understanding of where they fit within our training programs.
These assessments are not just evaluations—they are a roadmap for growth.
Led by our experienced coaching staff, athletes will be evaluated across three key performance areas:
🏀 Technical Skills
Ball handling, shooting, passing, and overall ex*****on of fundamentals
🧠 Tactical Understanding
Decision-making, game awareness, and ability to read and react in game situations
💪 Physical Ability
Movement quality, coordination, agility, and overall athleticism
Together, these areas provide a complete picture of where each athlete currently is—and where they need to go next.
What makes these clinics valuable is the long-term impact. Offered seasonally, they allow athletes and families to track development over time, measure real progress, and train with purpose.
Following each assessment, athletes will be able to:
• Receive a clear, individualized development direction for the summer
• Get program recommendations from our coaching staff based on their needs
• Gain insight they can apply directly to their club or school training environment
Families will also receive a detailed written breakdown highlighting strengths, areas for growth, and next-step recommendations.
Whether you’re preparing for the upcoming season, looking to build structure into your summer training, or simply wanting clarity on your game—these clinics are built to give you direction.
