We’re running our own in-house CrossFit Open and it’s all about community, effort, and fun.

How it works:
• Individual leaderboard
• Divisions: Rx’d & Scaled (Men & Women)
• You’ll be placed on a team and assigned team colors

Ways to earn points:
✔️ Showing up & participating
✔️ Top 3 scores in every division
✔️ Wearing your team colors on workout days
