Hollman Horsemanship

Born and raised near Lloydminster, Alberta, Jackie Hollman is a fourth-generation horsewoman with a lifetime of knowledge and experience in her field. Jackie was raised at Rocky Pine Ranching, a working breeding facility that at one time had over 100 horses in their herd. Jackie has spent her lifetime training and working with horses of all ages, breeds, and characters using a background of classical equitation training blended with natural horsemanship fundamentals and beliefs. Growing up in a generational horse family has created a rare and unique opportunity for Jackie to be introduced without prejudice to a multitude of breeds and disciplines. Jackie graduated from BCCET in 2013 as an Equine Sports Therapist and spent the next seven years rehabilitating and treating horses from all shapes and sizes. This background has given her a diverse perspective into the equine industry, enabling her to reach horses and their people in a special way. Now, turning her full attention to her life as a coach and clinician, Jackie has developed an innate ability to read not only a horse, but also their person, and with that knowledge help the two achieve a more harmonious and intuitive connection based upon trust, communication, and understanding. Through patience and persistence, she uses that same ability to read a horse's behavior to help them discover their confidence and become soft, willing equine partners for their humans.
