As you have all heard by now, we are only a few short weeks away from closing...
We are refunding anyone who has paid their fees past August 31, 2018 so please text Jennifer MacEwen at 780-205-1139 with your email address if you have paid fees past that day and she will refund them for you via etransfer.
We have loved our last 3 years with you, our gym family and we truly hope we provided a fun, safe, encouraging place for you to strive for and achieve your goals.
Jenn is still a personal trainer and fitness competitor, and will be around the area training in the future. If you need any help with your goals message/text her.
We are so grateful for each and every one of you and wish you all the success in the world. 💞

these are just a few things I think of when I see this progress from my girl no quick fixes here. This is hard work and consistency at its finest. First show completed and I couldn’t be prouder of her.

After 8 weeks of competitions Gym mama Jennifer MacEwen is coming home with some hardware!
2nd in Open Bikini (last show she was 3rd); and 2nd in Novice Fitness Model (last show she was 4th).
What an awesome season wrapping up 5th Bikini Masters at Sabba naturals ; 5th Bikini Masters at Sabba Novice Show; 5th Bikini Masters at Sabba Provincials; 7th Bikini Open Tall at Sabba Provincials; 2nd Open Bikini IDFA; 2nd Novice Fitness Model IDFA
(Not sure of the NPAA placings yet but didn’t make top 5)
What a spring season!! Thank you gym family for your support!! Super proud! Can’t wait till the spring 💞💜❤️

Once again gym family we weren’t around this weekend, as gym mama, Jennifer MacEwen was competing in Saskatoon at the Saskatchewan Amateur Bodybuilding Assoc. Provincial show.
No hardware, but two top 5 finishes and super proud of how the weekend went!

Well, incase you haven’t noticed gym family we weren’t around this weekend. Because gym mama, Jennifer MacEwen was competing at Saskatchewan Amateur Bodybuilding Assoc. in Regina.
No hardware but 2 top 5 finishes and a top 10 in a show that Jenn always thought was out of her league, let’s just say we are proud!
Make sure you do what scares you people! Life is full of ifs and tomorrows but it’s the ✅ ‘s that make it worth while. 💞😊
