💗 BIG NEWS, LIMITLESS FAMILY—MEET COACH AVI! 🖤

We’re excited to welcome an incredible addition to our coaching team!

Avi recently graduated from Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta, with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She also joins us as a C1-trained gymnastics coach!

What does that bring to our athletes? C1 stands for Competition Introduction. The artistic gymnastics pathway covers progressions and spotting for skills including back handsprings, round-off–back handspring combinations, front and back tucks, and press handstands!

That training goes beyond knowing the skill—it includes understanding prerequisites, breaking movements into progressions, identifying technical errors and helping athletes prepare for their next challenge.

For our Limitless athletes, that means valuable technical knowledge supporting stronger foundations, cleaner tumbling and exciting opportunities to grow!

We’re thrilled to have Coach Avi joining our team.

Introducing **T.O.P.S Cross Training at Limitless Athletics**—a small-group training opportunity for athletes ages **10–15** who want to challenge themselves, meet athletes from other sports, and have FUN getting stronger!

🏒 Hockey • Soccer • Basketball • Volleyball • Dance • Cheer • Gymnastics • AND MORE!

We’re bringing athletes together to work on strength, endurance, and agility through energetic training and challenges that keep them moving. New teammates. New challenges. A reason to look forward to Wednesdays! 🙌

**Just 10 athletes will be part of this group.** If your athlete loves a challenge, this is an opportunity you’ll want on their calendar.

Apparently Envious heard, “Do absolutely ANYTHING necessary to ruin the photo.” 🤣

Sometimes you need to put the routine aside, let loose and just have FUN together. And judging by some of these sweet shots… I’d say they understood the assignment. 😂💀

These girls work hard, but they play even harder. 💪💕 This is what being a team is all about — working together, laughing together and making memories along the way.
