Good news!

After years of watching creatine prices climb during and after the pandemic, we're finally seeing them come back down... and it's a big one.

Our creatine is now nearly half the price it was before, making now a great time to stock up.

While we were at it, we also topped up the shelves, so all of your favourite supplements are back in stock.

Upholstery Repairs Underway

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be working through several upholstery repairs around the gym, with approximately two pieces being repaired each week.

If a piece of equipment is unsafe or unusable, it will be removed from service or clearly marked as out of order until the repair is complete.

If the damage is only cosmetic and the equipment remains safe to use—such as the bicep curl machine shown here—it will remain available while it waits its turn.

Thanks for your patience while we continue improving and maintaining the gym.

A few new toys have officially found their home at LivFit!

We’ve added a handful of new bars and cable attachments from Bells of Steel. Some replace older attachments that had seen better days, and others are brand-new additions to give you even more exercise options.

New additions include:
• Multi-grip cable curl bar
• Straight cable bar
• Single tricep rope
• Tricep extension rope
• Tricep bar
• Short utility barbell
• 45" EZ Curl Bar
• 54.5" EZ Curl Bar

It’s the little upgrades that make a big difference. Better equipment means a better training experience, and we’re always looking for ways to keep improving the gym for our members.

Complete as many full rounds and additional reps as you can before time runs out, then add your name and score to the member engagement board.

June Monthly Challenge Winner

June’s member engagement board challenge was distance in 10 minutes on the treadmill, and we had a great group of members take part.

Everyone who participated had their name entered into our random draw for a $25 gift certificate to a local business.

Rowen is a very kind and caring human, and she is one heck of a employee! She's reliable, dependable and can be fully trusted with anything that comes her way while on the job.

We feel so blessed to have her as part of our team (even if she is leaving us soon to go to school).
