Help Us Fill the LMHA Community Closet! 🏒

We need your help filling the new LMHA Community Closet – Keeping Kids in the Game!

If you have hockey equipment your players have outgrown or no longer use, please consider passing it along to another hockey family in our community.

Everything in the Community Closet will be available to LMHA families completely free of charge.

There is no requirement to donate in order to take equipment. If your player needs something and we have it, it's yours.

We are accepting clean, gently used hockey equipment in sizes from our youngest players through U18/adult sizes, including:

Skates • Sticks • Gloves • Hockey Pants • Shoulder Pads • Elbow Pads • Shin Pads • Hockey Bags • Practice Jerseys • Base Layers • Goalie Equipment

We are also accepting outgrown Cyclone swag, including hoodies, jackets, shirts, hats and other Cyclone apparel.

Helmets must be NEW.
New mouth guards are also welcome.

Our rule for used equipment is simple: If you wouldn't put your own child in it, please don't donate it.

Donations will be accepted until Saturday, September 5.

Dealership Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Please note: all three dealerships will close at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 5 for the long weekend.

🏒 LMHA COMMUNITY CLOSET – KEEPING KIDS IN THE GAME 🏒

We’re excited to launch the LMHA Community Closet, a volunteer-run initiative built around one simple idea: families helping families.

Have hockey equipment your child has outgrown? Give it another season!

We are collecting clean, gently used hockey equipment that can be passed along to another LMHA player at no cost.

New equipment is always welcome too!

⚠️ HELMETS & MOUTHGUARDS:
At this time, we will only be accepting new helmets and mouthguards. We cannot verify the impact history or safety of a used helmet, so we feel this is the safest approach for our players.

❤️ PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:
All donated equipment should arrive clean and ready for another player to use.

Our rule of thumb is simple:

If you wouldn’t put your own player in it, please don’t donate it.

As our Early Bird Registration Winner, the family will receive a refund on one registration fee!

🏆 A few important details:
• Families registering multiple players were entered for a chance to win
• The refund is for the highest registration fee, up to a maximum of $800
• The refunded player will not receive Cash Calendars

There’s still time to be part of the 2026–2027 LMHA coaching team!

Whether you’re a returning coach or looking to get involved for the first time, we encourage you to apply and help make a positive impact on our players both on and off the ice.

Interested candidates can apply by completing the online Coach Application. Information to guide you through the process is available on our website. Please review the Coaches – Education section for required coaching certifications, as all requirements must be completed prior to the start of the season.

Don’t wait until it’s too late! With new roster limitations in place for the upcoming season, when you register matters.

To ensure a fair and organized registration process, player spots will be prioritized as follows:

🥇 1st Priority: Returning LMHA players from the previous season
🏠 2nd Priority: Players residing within the traditional LMHA boundary
⏰ Remaining spots: Filled on a first-come, first-served basis, with all registrations automatically date and time stamped to ensure fairness.

💰 Don’t forget! Early Bird pricing ends June 30th. Registration fees increase after the Early Bird deadline, so registering now not only improves your priority for a roster spot—it also saves you money!
