Workouts on the go!! Even when away, make them a priority. There are simple ways to get an awesome workout done in your hotel room or wherever you might be!!
My favourite equipment to bring with me are bands!! I carry 3, light medium and heavy. I can do my arms and legs and get a wicked workout in!!
Also never leave your protein powder and capsules at home!! Why fall off the wagon just because you are away?? Stay the course and you’ll be happy when you come home and hit the gym again!!
