💪 Wednesdays Workout💪
This is gonna be a sweaty one. Get that heart rate up and keep it up there. Higher heart rate consistency = higher fat loss.
Complete each stage in circuit format, 20-30 seconds for each exercise for 3 sets. Rest for 2-3 minutes. Between stage one and two make rest for 5 minutes.
Be mindful of how your heart rate is recovering between sets and between stages. Is it staying high? Does it drop right away? Are you struggling to keep the heart rate high?
