Dear OTF Lethbridge members,
As many of you know, we worked with our local Franchisee, Daniel Robdrup to re-open the Orangetheory Fitness West Lethbridge studio in May of 2024. Unfortunately, through the past 15 months, the studio has been unable to gain the traction needed to make it financially viable. As a result, we are saddened to share that OTF West Lethbridge will be permanently closing as of end of day Sept 5, 2025. This was a very difficult decision, driven by the studio’s inability to meet its financial obligations tied to the lease and creditors.
Please note that as the Master Franchisee, Orangetheory Fitness Canada does not manage or oversee the financial operations of independently owned studios. Any questions regarding memberships, billing, or refund requests will need to be directed to the local Franchisee. That said, the Franchisee has agreed to cease billing as of today (August 29) and provide a week of free workouts until September 5th in lieu of providing refunds for unused time or sessions. We encourage you as members to take advantage of this and get in as many workouts as you can up until the studio closes at the end of the day on September 5th.
We know this news will be disappointing to many of you, and we want to sincerely thank you for your commitment to Orangetheory and for being such an important part of OTF Lethbridge community. The Orangetheory Fitness studio in Lethbridge has been the home of countless milestones and we are proud to have delivered More Life to hundreds of members during our time serving your community.
