A new session of AEP (Athlete Enhancement Program) starts next week. We heard from many of you that the M/W or T/Th schedule didn't work well with your sport training schedule, so we consulted our registered athletes and the HP Centre, and have a new schedule for this session, which will start on January 11th.

We will be running both AEP sessions (Strength & Conditioning and Speed, Agility, & Quickness) at the same time. The new schedule is Tuesday Evenings (7-8 PM) and Friday (4:15-5:15 PM).

AEP is open to athletes from all sports born 2003 to 2009 .

Registration is OPEN for the FALL 2021 and AEP S.A.Q. athlete support programs for athletes from all sports. This program provides high-quality training for athletes born in 2003-2009. Programs start next week at the University of Lethbridge High-Performance Room, and training is delivered by UofL Strength and Conditioning Coaches.

Starting on July 5, the Hockey Prep Program will be delivered in partnership with Alberta Sport Development Centre SW and University of Lethbridge High Performance Centre. This summer program supports the individuals mental, physical, and technical skills in preparation for the return of hockey this fall.

Starting the week of October 13 and wrapping up the week of December 7, the ASDC SW in partnership with the UofL High Performance Centre will be delivering AEP Fall 2020. This program will offer in-person strength and conditioning at the UofL HP Centre, at-home workouts delivered through VOLT, and group educational sport science sessions delivered through Zoom.
