After tripping on my back deck stairs last night, I spent 4 hours in the hospital. I landed on my thumb knuckle, broke a rib, and am awaiting radiologist results. Sleeping and bending are interesting due to the moving sensation. The therapy is the same for cracked, bruised, or broken: pain management, as they can't bind it. I get to have some time off.
Thumb is fine. 😜
