There's a spot for everyone.

Whether you're brand new to basketball, haven't played in years, or you're looking for competitive games, we've got you covered.

Our next round of 10 women’s fitness classes kicks off this Wednesday, and we’d love for you to join us!
📍 Location: AK Performance (Nisku)
🕢 Time: Wednesdays | 7:30–8:30 PM
This program is designed to be welcoming, supportive, and suitable for all fitness levels—whether you’re just getting started or looking to stay consistent 💪
💥 Registration Options:
• 10-session pass: $150
• 5-session flexible pass: $85 (pick the dates that work for you!)

May 6, 13, 20, 27

SPRING 3v3 LEAGUE – INFO (REC & COMPETITIVE)
League Dates:
April 12, April 19, April 26, May 3, May 10, May 24, May 31 – Playoffs
Teams will play minimum 2 games per night.
Location:
Buckets Basketball School in Nisku, Alberta
• All games will have officials

RECREATIONAL LEAGUE:
Game Times: 6:00 PM, 6:20 PM, 6:40 PM
• Minimum 6 players per team / Max 9
• Only 6 players active/on the bench per game
• $60 per player

COMPETITIVE LEAGUE
Game Times: 7:00 PM, 7:20 PM, 7:40 PM, 8:00 PM, 8:20 PM, 8:40 PM
• Minimum 4 players per team / Max 6
• $100 per player
