What if instead of contracting your energy, blaming yourself, judging yourself, you allow yourself to expand.

What if you welcomed in your bigness? Welcomed in all of you?

What if you felt safe to be scene? Safe to fully express.

When you reject yourself you limit yourself. When you embrace your true essence then you unlock potential, you create space to recieve.

I'm full of contradictions and that's OK.

It took me a really long time to accept this.

For years I wanted to be able to define myself, label myself, give myself an identity but I just couldn't fit myself into the typical box. I was scared many times that people would reject me if they knew of my other sides.

Friday I was gutting a moose, Saturday I was dressed up and at the ballet.

I am vast and diverse.

I have given up on trying to label who I am instead I focus on allowing myself to be whole. Spending time honoring every aspect. Letting every part of me belong.

I am willing to honor myself, respect myself. I move with my internal rhythm.

I know that if I focus on others people's opinions I loose my power, I loose myself.

I am all of me and that is OK.

Your shame will tell you that you don't deserve to enjoy life. It will tell you that you can only enjoy in certain ways. Be brave enough to face your shame. Be brave enough to say no more. Be brave enough to say yes to joy. ⁠

Start small. Place yourself in environments that are easy to open up in, then expand. Find enjoyment in the mundane. ⁠

You are so worthy. You don't need to prove yourself. Enjoyment is not something you earn. ⁠

Come back to your state where you can just be.

As an empath navigating emotions use to be very hard for me. I could feel everything and it was overwhelming. I was scared to feel the depth of emotions out there. Over time as I felt and understood my own emotions more it was no longer so intimating to be so sensitive to energy. I was ok to feel disappointment, shame, fear, confusion and guilt in the collective because I had felt and processed it in me. I learned to remain centered in the wake of my emotions and this work allows me to remain centered while others experience them. No longer at the mercy of my environment. I have been asked how I can hold space for such big emotions and traumas and the answer is because I have met it in myself already. I had to learn to hold so much love and compassion for myself at the core of my being. I have felt the pain of my soul though lifetimes of rejection, abandonment and betray and to learned to feel joy again. When I see someone in utter despair I have compassion for the journey of the soul. For the depth of the soul journey. I do not fear it nor do I have to help it. I see it as part of an unfolding process to be ok with the dark and light. I know for many it may be easier to hide but the more you integrate your soul the easier it will be on you. Allow yourself to face your deepest wounds so that you can use your gifts to complete your life's purpose instead of playing small. ⁠

When your body doesn't feel safe the fight or flight mechanism within your body is activated. Making your body go on high alert. It is only when you feel safe again that your body can relax. If you struggle with relaxation the key is to heal the trauma that is causing the panic in your nervous system. Healing the relationship within yourself is more important than endlessly searching for the perfect environment.

You may not feel safe to speak your truth. Sharing you opinions and setting boundaries.

You may not feel safe to be yourself. To allow yourself to be fully seen. To show the world all of you including the not so "perfect" parts.

You may not feel safe to create what your soul desire. Constantly feeling not good enough.

Feeling safe comes downs to feeling OK to be.
