This page is all about sharing and promoting the rare Flying Crane branch of Fujian White Crane Kung Fu. Like so many other traditional Chinese martial arts, it was never widespread as the founders and their descendants were reticent to teach very openly to the great public. d the official heir of Grandmaster Lee Joo-Chian (4th generation heir of the Flying Crane system). Since his passing in 2020, I have inherited the responsibility of ensuring this precious art is properly represented around the world. I teach group and private lessons in the Montreal region, Quebec, Canada. Besides my expertise in White crane Kung Fu, I have also trained extensively in the famed Buk Sing Choy Lay Fut which I learned with Grandmaster Chiu Kwok-Chung. I promote the Flying Crane system by teaching at the international headquarters, in Laval and also give seminars wherever I am requested. I have been involved in traditional Chinese martial arts since 1983 and was president of The Eastern Canada Chinese Martial Arts Federation between 1994 and 2010. In 2019, I had the honor of being inducted into the Canadian Black Belt Hall of Fame. I have also written 3 books on the White Crane style (including one with Grandmaster Lee), several published articles and produced a 2 DVD set on the style. Thank you for your support and interest. Shifu Bernard a consacré sa vie à la maîtrise, la préservation et la propagation des arts martiaux Chinois traditionnels authentiques, en particulier la branche de la Grue Volante du Kung Fu de la Grue Blanche de Fujian. Il est un expert en kung fu de grue blanche de renommée internationale et un disciple spécial du Grand-Maître Lee Joo-Chian. De plus, il est également héritier officiel du système de la Grue Volante et membre du Temple de la Renommée des Ceintures Noires du Canada. Il est le représentant du style de la Grue Volante en Amérique du Nord et est responsable de la propagation du style internationalement. Shifu est un enseignant «à l’ancienne» qui est très adepte de l'autodéfense et maîtrise l'utilisation de plus de 18 types d'armes traditionnelles, la médecine chinoise, le travail interne, etc. Shifu Bernard enseigne actuellement à l'académie White Crane Kung Fu dans la ville de Laval, au Canada. L'école de Laval est donc le quartier général international de l'organisation.
