Same nurturing energy… just different delivery methods 🌱👶
There’s a fascinating (and controversial) idea from the work of Masaru Emoto suggesting that water exposed to positive words forms more harmonious crystal structures, while negative words create more chaotic patterns.
Whether taken as strict science or as a metaphor, the principle is hard to ignore:
words carry weight.
And considering the human body is made of roughly 60% water, it raises an interesting question—what happens when those words are directed at ourselves?
We speak to plants with patience.
We try (most days) with our kids.
But our inner dialogue? That’s often where we’re the harshest.
Maybe the real practice isn’t just nurturing others better—
it’s learning to speak to ourselves with the same care, softness, and intention.
Because whether it’s biology or psychology…
what we repeat, shapes us.
