Stop by the LaSalle Rowing Club booth tomorrow from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the LaSalle Civic Centre and learn more about our upcoming rowing programs!

🚣‍♂️ FIND YOUR SEAT: U23 Summer Rowing (Born 2004 or later)

LaSalle Rowing Club is hosting an exclusive information session for our 2026 U23 Performance Program. This meeting is for any athletes (born 2004+) interested in competing at a high-performance level this summer, including those aiming for Royal Canadian Henley.

Our U23 program is officially recruiting for three specific tracks:

Current Club Members: Athletes looking to move from Junior/Club to U23 Performance.
Collegiate Athletes: Home for the summer? Keep up your fitness and stay race-ready with our competitive environment.
New to Rowing: No experience? No problem. If you’re a competitive athlete looking to try the ultimate team sport, we have a seat for you.
