⛳💜 A tradition of giving back.

A heartfelt thank you to Dan Spada and the organizing committee of the Lindsay McAfrey Memorial Golf Tournament for their continued support of local cancer care.

At this year’s tournament, held on June 20th at Seven Lakes Championship Golf in LaSalle, the committee presented a cheque for $20,175, representing funds raised through the 2025 tournament.

Now in its fifth year, this sold out event has raised more than $70,000 in support of local cancer patients and their families, with organizers anticipating an additional $30,000 from this year’s tournament.

Thank you to Dan, the committee, sponsors, golfers, volunteers and everyone who has supported this incredible tournament over the years. Your generosity helps ensure world class cancer care remains close to home for patients and families in our community.

There must be something in the air, because these golfers each scored a hole-in-one on the Championship Course over the past 2 days! Congratulations to each one of you on this exciting accomplishment!! 🎉🎉🎉

1. Ken McDonald aced number 15, 81 yards with a 54 degree wedge.
2. Ryan Michalczuk also aced number 15, 137 yards with a pitching wedge.
3. Patrick Murray aced number 5, 101 yards with a 9-iron.
4. Leo Savio aced number 15, 143 yards, with a 48 degree wedge.

What a fantastic couple of days! Congratulations once again! We are so happy for each one of you ⛳️

Dave aced the 166-yard 5th hole on the Championship Course with a 5-iron — a shot he’ll be talking about for years to come!
