Let’s talk hydration! 💧

Why is staying hydrated so important? See below for some of the reasons why drinking enough water is so important:

1️⃣ it helps protect your tissues and joints 💪🏻
2️⃣ it boosts energy 💥
3️⃣ it aids in cognitive functioning 🧠
4️⃣ it helps fight off illness 💊
5️⃣ it helps to keep you regular 💩

Pretty astounding number if you ask me. So who wants to learn how to protect their back? 🙋🏻‍♀️⁣

Posterior chain strength is crucial to do so. This mostly includes strengthening of the calves, hamstrings, glutes, lats, and erector spinae. ⁣
⁣
