BOXING AND CONDITIONING
Friday June 26 @ 5 pm
Members are free, guests are $10
Note: members can sign in and contact us with guest information

Join us on Friday evening for a fun boxing and conditioning class ! This is a partner class so feel free to bring a guest ($10). If you don’t want to bring a guest, we’ll match you up with someone.

You’ll be partnering up with jab pads and gloves, learning some basic boxing skills as well as doing some conditioning exercises.

You do not need to have any experience as Kelly will be teaching for all levels. You can expect to work hard and have lots of laughs at the same time.

JOIN US ON THE COQUITLAM CRUNCH

Saturday June 13 @ 9 am

If you have never done the Coquitlam Crunch and are wondering if you can do it; the answer is yes you can!

It starts with 455 stairs and you can take your time; it is not a race. Then it is a gradual climb to the top. We would love you to join us and anyone is welcome!

YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

We have almost finished our 35 hour yoga teacher training and will be heading into the 200 hour training this Sunday.

I want to give a huge shoutout to as this has been an amazing experience. Gaylene’s knowledge and instruction is amazing. I love this course and would recommend any course that is taught by Gaylene.

We are excited to offer more yoga over the next few months! Stay tuned!

BIRTHDAY PARTIES/GROUP EVENTS

In case you didn’t know, we have been doing birthday parties/group events since 2017.

We have had pretty much every type of birthday party including Barre, Zumba, Boxing, Yoga, Painting and recently Ballet with the cuties you saw in the photos. 🥰🥰🥰

Our parties have also ranged in age from 5 years old to 50+ so if you are trying to figure out what to do for your next birthday or group event, you should check us out!

OUR NEW BRANDED APP

I’m so excited to let you all know we have our own branded app now! We have been working towards this for quite some time so this is an amazing feeling!

This app is created by MINDBODY so if you are an existing member, please DO NOT create a new email and password, just download the new app and login using the same email and password that you have already been using.

Whether you are new or existing member, the MINDBODY app will still work, but I would love to have everyone change over to our own branded app. It will be more user-friendly and offer some additional features.

There’s still a few little changes to be made, but it is up and running and ready to use!😊

HOUSTON TRAIL HIKE

It’s been a few weeks, but we’re finally getting back to our Saturday hikes !

Join us this Saturday May 30 @ 9 am to hike the Houston Trail. Members are welcome to bring friends and family, including animals. We want everyone to move their bodies in all different ways and keep building this community.🥰

This is a fairly easy hike with some inclines/downhill and everyone can go at their own pace.

To sign up, you can go to our new Inspire Women’s Fitness app (create an account if you don’t have one) click Book, go to Sat May 30 and sign into the class so we know how many to expect. See you there!

21 YEARS OF MARRIAGE

I can’t believe a year has already gone by since our 20 year vow renewal! There have been some highs and really tough lows that we have navigated together and I wouldn’t want to do it with anyone else.🥰
