Meet Veronica "Roni" Freeman!

Roni is a professionally trained Art Therapist and counsellor who combines her lifelong passions for art and psychology to support individuals through life's challenges. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, she provides a compassionate, client-centred, trauma-informed approach for children, youth, adults, and older adults.
Roni works with a variety of concerns including mental health challenges, trauma, addiction, loneliness, life transitions, and everyday stress. She believes that creativity can offer a powerful pathway to healing, self-discovery, and expression, especially when words feel difficult to find.

Art therapy sessions may include art making, conversation, or a combination of both, depending on each client's needs and comfort level. No artistic experience is required. Art therapy is about exploring yourself and your experiences in a safe and supportive environment, not creating perfect artwork.

Small changes may not feel significant in the moment, but over time they can shape our physical health, emotional wellbeing, relationships, and daily routines in meaningful ways.

Parenting can be full of beautiful moments, but it can also be full of moments that push us right to our limits.

Meet Karen Peters! A compassionate therapist with over 20 years of experience, Karen believes that every person’s life experiences are sacred and should be treated with care and respect. Specializing in supporting adolescents and parents/caregivers, she works to help individuals and families heal, grow, and thrive. Karen’s goal is to create a safe space where people can explore their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and work towards their healing journey.

With a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Karen is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a licensed provider of several programs, including Bringing Baby Home and children of divorce programs. She offers evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, loss, and life transitions. In addition to individual therapy, Karen provides pre-marital counselling, couples communication, family therapy, and psychoeducation groups.

Karen’s personal experiences with caregiving, parenting children through open transracial adoption, and navigating mental health resources have given her a deep understanding of the challenges families face. She is passionate about helping families find belonging and support.

Karen offers both in-person and virtual counselling sessions using privacy-compliant video calling for those unable to attend in person.

Her services include acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, cupping, herbal medicine, gua sha, and facial acupuncture. Enna supports clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including pain, stress, sleep difficulties, women’s health concerns, fertility and pregnancy support, sports injuries, allergies, immune health, and skin conditions.
