ACTION PLAN:
Choose 3 areas in your daily environment to optimize and support your goals: kitchen, gym space, digital space, home office, office at work, your car etc.
Remove the temptations, prep healthy options and lay out the gear/tools/equipment etc. to make the healthy choice the default, obvious, and easiest choice.
That's it! ⭐
Example - Kitchen:
Pre-wash and prep fruits and veggies in clear containers in the Fridge.
Stock visible Grab n Go protein options in the Fridge (boiled eggs, yogurt, cooked chicken, protein bites).
Remove the processed snacks and sugary drinks from the Fridge and/or the Pantry.
Place healthy staples at eye level in your Pantry (oats, quinoa, brown rice, nuts).
Keep your blender, air fryer, or slow cooker out and accessible for easier Meal Prep and easy Smoothies.
Keep Supplements and Protein Powder on the counter for easier access and an easy visible reminder.
Display your Weekly Meal Plan on the Fridge so that you know exactly what you have prepped and what you are eating for each meal and snack!
