FLCRC and competitive rowing as a means of improving health and well-being for all ages. Rowing is a Sport for Life, and all ages of reasonably active adults can participate. We offer a variety of training opportunities each week, year round, for our members, as well as several classes of Learn to Row, for people new to the sport. Our core group is masters (age 21 and up) who enjoy rowing on a reg

ular scheduled basis, most months of the year, and whose goals include the continuing development of skill and technique, and enjoyment of rowing as a fitness activity. Training and competing at regattas, both sprint and head races, is also encouraged.
