Remembering our beautiful Avery Maffin 🤍
Our hearts are broken as we remember Avery, who passed away on October 26 at just 10 years old.
For five years, Avery shared her fierce love of dance with our Fusion family through tap and hip hop. She lit up our classrooms and every stage she stepped onto. Through so much, she kept showing up with heart, determination, and joy. She was an absolute superstar.
We will forever treasure the memory of her mom waiting in the wings—watching Avery shine, then being right there when her little girl came offstage. Seeing Avery’s joy and her mother’s pride was a gift.
Avery reminded us how much dance can hold: belonging, friendship, freedom, and moments of pure happiness. We are so grateful that we got to share those moments with her.
Our love, prayers, and support are with Avery’s family and everyone who loves her. You are part of our Fusion family, always.
