Hot take. The truth is NOT what you see...
The truth is usually MESSY and alot UGLIER than the pretty people on Instagram pretend it to be. Much of the time, it's just plain UNPOPULAR, obscured by influencers and corporations who intentionally use lies to farm your attention. The truth doesn't usually go viral. Sadly, it's just NOT sexy...
The truth is typically UNCOMFORTABLE. I've been canceled for speaking it in the past, and only years later, did the public come to accept that they had been intentionally misled by entities they previously trusted. Knee-jerk reactions are to shoot the messenger rather than contemplate the implications such information can unveil. We have a society well-trained to accept LIES and FAKENESS disguised as "marketing." So many blatant falsehoods in the wellness industry still exist that hijack our emotions in order to SELL us a product. If it's not a product, they're SELLING your attention. I've never been popular, and I've never been viral... but I have been HONEST. And this should be enough. It should be enough for you and for me. Once we realize we are ENOUGH, we can take back our attention, take back our power, and have discernment to bring truth and honesty forward. ..

Terence has said it best. And before we begin, we must choose to forget what we know and open ourselves to infinite POSSIBILITIES, new forms, that both our mind and body can take.
While honoring our predispositions and where we are today, we must simultaneously hold in each hand our physical limitations but also our POTENTIAL to conquer.
The warrior spirit is a powerful tool. It is an ARCHETYPE available to every one of us, an ability humanity has, throughout history honed sharply. And it is up to YOU to use it to be STRONG. It is up to you to OVERCOME self-imposed mental barriers. To finally DEFEAT your goals.
You are empowered. You are ready. Trust yourselft. You are WARRIOR.

Your physical body is the most amazing and unique gift you will ever own. Build it up, trim it down, push it to the limit, yet work to nurture it physically and spiritually with movement, nutrition and rest. I've always strived to maintain a strong relationship with it, even as a kid. And yet, im constantly learning ways the body communicates with us and what it asks of us to thrive. It's always constantly vibrating, whispering to us with clues about how best to treat it.
And every workout and every meal is flooded with an infinite amount of passion and gratitude. To me It's not just a body, but a blessing to experience just a micro slice of this dimension. It's a powerful tool for humanity, for God, for source, to experience itself in the most fantastic ways. I've personally fallen in love with the ongoing interaction between consciousness, the human body, moving weights, and the plants of earth that make it all possible. I believe all of you who are into "fitness" share this same love!

🙏 I'm grateful for all the restaurants in Maple Ridge that practice acceptance against the will of the authorities. I'm grateful for the gyms that stood up for it's members, time and time again. I'm grateful for the many people that respected my "exemption" to never hide my smile.

🙏 I'm grateful for the many forests in my backyard, and their ever healing energy. I'm grateful for the many protests for freedom in every province, especially those unifying the country with love while making ripples across our land.

🙏I'm grateful for my family and community that has always stuck together when media has instructed us to divide.

🙏 And lastly I'm even grateful for those who called me names, kicked me out of fitness clubs, hockey leagues and restaurants. You stopped me from travelling, alienated me from events, among many others. You taught us who we are, brought out our innermost strengths and awareness. You defined who we were always meant to be: A unified and loving "fringe minority" of Canadian brothers and sisters who are living from their hearts and impacting the world with love. Thanks to you too. 💚🙏🌿
