Ready for some Fitness Fun starting this January? Come out to Pilates Life Studio’s Barre-Pilates all levels classes!
Barre Life classes focus on the functional strength training in combination with Pilates movement principles utilizing light hand weights and resistance bands with the focus on building overall strength, coordination, balance, flexibility, and core stability.
This Fall we had such a good time getting strong and healthy together, I expect our Winter sesh to be just as amazing!
Maximum 8 participants allows for personalized instruction during class.
