Milner Downs 2 was super successful and fun for Team Stirling. Sawa Tomotake and Sanfranscico were champion in both the open and jn/am divisions, and won the classic. Greta Dumancic was champion in both divisions on her small pony , Goldie, and reserve champion in both divisions on her medium pony, Arizona. Julie Elischer and Miss Congeniality were Reserve champion and 2nd in the classic. Natalia Nelson and Valgene were 3rd in the classic, 6th in the hunter spectacular. Cupid ll was consistently at the top of the jn/am meters with owner Lindsay MacKay, and was 3rd in the $1,000 jumper derby with Regan Pownall. We had a fantastic second week at our favourite show of the summer.

Milner Downs 1 was super successful and fun for Team Stirling. Tavia MacKenzie was champion in the 1.10 open with Lincoln V’ant Hof Van Butswerve. Tavia and Bandagold MLF were 3rd in the Accumulator, 7th in the Jn/am Hunter derby, and 1st in the mini prix. Roxanne Fernandes and SanFrancisco were 4th in the .70 classic. Emma Crossley and Diamond Querida were 4th in the modified child/adult classic. Nikki Wright was consistent all week as she re-familiarized with Cupid ll. Svea Hay and Isoline de Masiere joined us from Melanie Jenkins barn, and had top placings in the 1.10’s. We had a wonderful time at our favourite summer show!

Team Stirling had a super fun Southlands Summer Classic show. Second place in the $7500 Austeville team challenge for Julia and Tavia, (Thankyou Brent Balisky) Championships for Joanne, Lindsay, Greta, and Julia (on Sandra’s Valgjene) Reserve Championships for Tavia and Gabriella, 3rd place in jumper medal and fifth in mini prix for Larkin. 4th place miniprix for Tavia. Amazing first jumper show on grass for Fergus (Kristen and owner Sarah both riding), Sanfranscico with owner/rider Sawa, and Brooklyn with owner/rider Emma, who joined us on Sunday. (Ribbons in all classes) The showgrounds were beautiful, the rose scent in the gardens was heavenly, and the show was well run by a caring and professional staff. Super fun and successful Tbird Canadian premiere. Reserve championship and 5th place classic win for Sawa Tomotake and SanFrancisco, with a successful move over from hunters to jumpers. 4th place classic win and consistent top placings for Julie Elischer and Miss Congeniality. Top placings in all their meter classes for Tavia Mackenzie and Bandagold Mlf. Super second ever show for young horse, Valgene, piloted by Natalia Nelson to a few nice ribbons. Greta Dumancic was able to school a few days on her pony, Goldie, and had great fun. Looking forward to the next show!

Stirling had a very successful Tbird season opener, with Tavia, Julie, Natalia, and Greta placing in all of their classes.

Congratulations to Tavia and Bandit for their two Platinum series year end Championships! They won the Mini Prix and the Countrylane Hunter medal championships. Thankyou for Southlands riding club and Countrylane farms for running and sponsoring the platinum series!

Another fun Autumn Classic at Southlands Riding Club! Carrington Shoppe open hunter derby win for Julia and Esprit. BB eq jn/am Hunter derby 3rd place ,Westway Accumulator 4th place, and reserve championship for Tavia and Bandagold. Ride of the day award, championship, and reserve championship for Sawa and Frisco. Championship for Joe and Quatchi. Thankyou to the staff and wonderful sponsors for a lovely show.
