CLOSED May 19th to attend BC Healthcare Matters Rally BC Health Care Matters Rally for change - In person

Dear Actualize Personal Training customer,

I will be CLOSED Thursday May 19th to attend the BC Health Care Matters Rally at the Legislature from 11 AM to 1 PM. As Founder and Organizer of BC Health Care Matters I believe this is an issue we must speak up about.

I appreciate each of my customers and the support you have shown my business. In turn I wanted to share with you the Campaign I have led the charge on to support BC Residents’ need for access to a Family Doctor. The Family Doctor Shortage in BC is a true Crisis, nearly 1 million BC residents do not have a Family Doctor. It is affecting those without Family Doctors as well as those with. It is affecting the Hospitals, the nurses and the Specialists. It is negatively affecting every level of our Healthcare System. Most importantly it is affecting quality of life for many BC Residents.

I encourage you to check out our website if you’d like to learn further. I would also ask that you consider signing your name to our petition if you haven’t already. Lastly, I invite you to join us at our Rally on Thursday, May 19th 2022 at the BC Legislature. It is important we show the government that we will not stand by idle and watch Residents of BC suffer.

Customer Review - "I came to Camille seeking a workout program based on some prior health issues in the past. Camille researched the surgery I had a year ago and developed an upper and lower body workout for me that was safe yet still challenging. She also incorporated a cardio workout within the program that was low impact. In addition to the workouts she also provided guidance on healthy eating and showed me how I could alter my diet in order to get my daily percentage of fibre and protein. Camille also looked at my iron levels and saw that I was extremely low in iron, which was causing me considerable fatigue. I find winter a really hard time to remember to drink enough water, and I'm sure many others find that too. In the summer we get hot and we sweat, so our body naturally reminds us to drink water. But, in the winter we have to be more intentional about reminding ourselves to take in enough fluids throughout the day. Make sure you're not just filling up on coffee and counting that as your fluids for the day.
