Also, I rarely ever finish my cup of coffee each morning. Oftentimes I reheat it many times with the intention to finish it but my family keeps finding it in the microwave πŸ˜‚

If you know me, you know 7am is not early in my world... and running, that’s something I would like to get better at doing πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈ
Anyone else wanna learn how to run on purpose??
Next month I am going to start training to RUN a 5k with a virtual trainer!
This isn’t just running tho, a good runner is a strong runner so each day starts with weight training and resistance.
You start at your pace and learn breathing techniques in small spurts of faster strides!! I’ll be going between my treadmill and the great outdoors with my sidekick Jake (depending on weather that is) because there is an option to download the audio to take out if wifi 😍
I’m kinda pumped for this, I’ve always wanted to be a runner and I can finally give my treadmill a purpose πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ
I’m looking for some of my friends who either have treadmills that are just collecting bras or who have an interest in learning the art of running and want to train to run a 5k with me!!
