First off, thank you to all of you that have supported us throughout the years and made FTG the best fitness centre around!! We have become so much more than a daily workout! We have become friends!!!

Willis- you are such an inspiration to so many around! Your silent demeanour actually speaks volumes without you even uttering a word!! So now tell me…what’s your excuse? Injury? We can always work around any injury!! Evelyn is just 1 example of why functional fitness is so important in our lives!! She just had her knee cut open and a procedure done on it on Wednesday, and today she showed up and said what can we do??? Her recovery is so much better because of her ongoing fitness journey!! So I ask again, what is your excuse???
