A season of pause + growth…

I’ll be stepping away from the studio from July 5 - August 11 to pour into some meaningful moments in my life, and to devote time to deepen/expand my yoga practice in very exciting ways.

I may not be available to answer messages or bookings, however, Mindbody will continue to be open for future class reservations from August 11-forward.

I can’t wait to share what’s coming and to move, breathe, laugh cry & find playfulness with you again soon. 🙏❤️

In December of 2025, I officially stepped away from my role as a Dental Hygienist.

I shifted from aligning teeth, to aligning bodies, breath and spirit. This decision was a slow burn over 2 years, working towards making peace with who I thought I was, vs the voice that was reaching out from deep within.

My career in the dental field has offered me so much in strength, stability, compassion and discipline, all of which I hadn’t realized were the stepping stones to becoming the yoga instructor I am today. I gave dental hygiene my all, and it gave back to me everything I needed at the perfect time.

There are moments I wish to be further along in my journey as a yoga instructor, however I cannot discredit the divine timing of my life, and honour all of those who loved me along the way. I continue to put my heart and soul on my new journey, with exciting developments coming this year.

I hope that even though this may not have been an “obvious” choice on paper, my happiness and life alignment shines brighter to those around me. I have never been afraid of risk, only of missing the chance to grow.

We’ll settle into long, supported yin postures while being guided by the gentle vibrations of sound, allowing the body to unwind and the mind to quiet.
