As students it can feel hard to take that first attempt, to get over that fear of failure but as we do it, get that practice & repetition we forget what it was like to have those doubts that we could do it. We just know we can.

As techs, well, it can be a bit different. Maybe it’s not having done an exam in awhile or perhaps remembering the last time it was done it didn’t go exactly as planned. The apprehension and low confidence can rear its ugly head too. But knowing it can be done, just taking that first step & doing it brings back the confidence that ‘yes, I know what I’m doing & have the knowledge base to do it well.’

It’s just that first step my lovelies, just do it. Take a big breath, have confidence in your knowledge & skills.

Have you checked out the continuing education on the CAMRT website? There are some good options available at reasonable price points...always worth a look when needing those necessary credits for the year!!
