There I was again, laid flat out because my back ‘went out’.
Nothing exciting or brag-worthy, just a small, simple movement and my pelvis seized and the low back pain almost sent me to my knees...
But this time was different.
I knew what needed to be done!
I knew that rest was key, but I also knew the movements that would unlock the frozen feeling.
I knew the stretches that would decrease the biting in my left butt cheek and nerve pain down my leg.
I knew the postural tweaks and corrections that would almost automatically calm the pain down.
I knew what needed to be done and after doing it, the pain was gone.
After years with babies and toddlers, I finally figure it out.
As an RMT, and fellow low back pain suffer-er, I am here to help you.
Taking care of young kids, or taking care of other people (or somethings both at the same time) is hard enough,
