Ogopogo Olympic Weightlifting Open Competition Held in the Okanagan Valley. Lake Country, B.C., Canada (10 minutes from Kelowna, B.C.) One of Canada’s biggest competitions in the sport of weightlifting.

Located in the Okanagan Valley, Just outside of Kelowna between two lakes that are so beautiful in August that it just screams P.R. lifts out here!!! Canada, British Columbia, Lake Country

Registration just opened yesterday and already 60 lifters are signed up. Frontier Performance out of Calgary leading the way with 12 entries followed by Renegade Barbell out of Surrey with 10. Already 9 participants in the women’s 71kg category and two rookies from the Vikings Weightlifting Club (Daniel Lam/Kurtis Miller) setting a great example of getting on top of their registration!!! 15th Annual Ogopogo and it is going to be great!!!!!
