🏒 Executive Role | 2-Year Term

📊 Financial tracking, reporting & budgeting

🤝 Work alongside our Bookkeeper, team treasurers & fundraising team

💵 Help oversee payments, reimbursements & reporting

📣 Share financial updates and help support the future of LMHA

⏰ Approx. 15–20 hours/month
(Highest commitment at the beginning, middle & end of season)

🤝You won’t be doing it alone — support is provided from our Executive team, LMHA Bookkeeper, plus mentorship from our former Treasurer!

We strongly encourage all resident players to complete registration before June 30, as registration opens to import players on July 1.

⚠️ Please Note: Registrations received after July 1 may be treated as import registrations and could be WAITLISTED.

🎟️ AGM REMINDER: If you attended the AGM and received a discount code, don’t forget to use it before June 30 — all codes expire at the end of the month!

The Lacombe Minor Hockey Association is inviting the community to come together and cheer on one of our own!

📅 Friday, June 26
🕔 5:00 PM
📍 Lacombe Curling Rink
🪑 BYOC – Bring Your Own Chair
🌭 Arena concession will be open from 4-9pm

Join friends, family, teammates, and neighbours as we watch the NHL Draft LIVE on the big screen and support Daxon as he takes this incredible next step in his hockey journey.

Food options will be available onsite.

Let’s pack the rink, wear your Rockets colours, and show what small-town support is all about ❤️💙

New for the 2026–2027 Season
Hockey Canada and Hockey Alberta are launching The Shift Forward: Evolving Hockey Culture, a new national platform for education and training for Team Officials and Parents/Guardians.
The Shift Forward will become the new home for required online training courses and will replace the previous Respect in Sport – Parent and Respect in Sport – Activity Leader requirements.
To support a smooth transition, Hockey Alberta will continue to recognize existing Respect in Sport certifications for the remainder of their current validity period. Individuals with a valid Respect in Sport – Parent or Respect in Sport – Activity Leader certification will not be required to complete The Shift Forward courses until their current certification expires.
Additional information regarding course requirements and registration will be shared as it becomes available from Hockey Canada and Hockey Alberta.
