Celebrate the arrival of summer.

• 6:30pm: 'Creating Forest Reflections' Summer Solstice Gathering

There's still time to sign up for the Tax Installment Payment Plan (TIPP).

TIPP allows property owners to make monthly property tax payments through automatic bank withdrawals, helping simplify budgeting and payment planning throughout the year.

Getting started is easy:
• Complete the authorization agreement
• Submit a void cheque
• Enroll before June 30

Tax notices were mailed out to residents at the end of May and TIPP Forms are available online or at City Hall.

📣 Good news for residents, businesses, and visitors - downtown parking capacity has increased.

The City has secured additional leased parking at 5039 51 St., across from the Michener House Museum, adding more all-day and short-term spaces to better serve those shopping, dining, and working downtown.

“Ensuring people can easily access downtown is a priority for Council,” said Mayor Thalia Hibbs. “By securing additional parking, we’re supporting our community while making it easier to enjoy everything downtown has to offer.”

💧UPDATE: Card payments are back! Fill up as usual at the bulk water station. Thank you for your patience! 💧

Some areas of Lacombe experienced a power outage on Sunday evening and that has caused some issues with the water bulk fill. Unfortunately, the bulk water fill station is currently not accepting credit cards at the moment. It does however appear to be accepting account transactions prepaid before 2 am on June 14th.

Thanks for your patience. We'll continue to update you, when we have more information.
