We are gearing up for September and welcoming new members to our gym. With that comes some new coaches for even more classes.

Hi, I’m Sky! I’m a NASM NCCA-accredited Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and RYT-200 yoga instructor with over 5 years of coaching experience.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with people of all ages and backgrounds—from 9 to 90! My passion is helping people feel strong, confident, and fully alive by moving their minds and bodies in ways that feel best for them.

My coaching experience spans a variety of specialties, including powerlifting, bodybuilding, Pilates, yoga, strength training, and group fitness. Whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey or looking to take your training to the next level, I’m here to provide knowledgeable, encouraging, and personalized support.

I’m so excited to walk alongside you on your journey and help you discover just how strong and capable you can be!
