We will also have a pool available for some aqua fitness for a few classes!!!

The gym also has a playground for women with children for the days we will be there!

The first class this week may be at the gym (outdoors) because the weather is a bit iffy this week, and to make registration a bit easier to organize. You can also register online. Message me if you would like the link.
