Hi Zumba ladies! 💃

Are you free on the 7th of November from 1 - 3 pm? Avante and Townshippers' Association will be hosting their monthly Health Matters session at the Centre Lac-Brome. (270 Victoria, Knowlton QC J0E 1V0)

It's a FREE health session! They’ll be watching a video about stroke.

There will be a special guest as well to provide a short presentation, Pierre Brien, a retired first responder.

There will be all sorts of yummy treats and COFFEE as well (once again, all for free).

Thank you to everyone that participated in today’s Zumba class launch!! I hope you join us again next week. ☺️

It was such a pleasure to see you all in person. If you have friends or know someone that could be interested to join our next class, invite them along!

P.S. The back door will be opened next class to help us all stay cool while we dance, dance, dance! 💃

We just finished our trial run for the Zumba class! 🤩 We are so excited to see who joins us next week.
