Hey every buddy!! Just heads up, It doesn't seem like we've had much response about anyone wanting to train this evening (understandably so), so we're gonna call off the evening group sessions tonight!!

Hey everyone!!

Just a heads up that the gym will be closed tomorrow (Saturday the 17th) from 10am to 10pm.

The gym space is being used to film a fight scene for a small film, where yours truly (Coach Matt) gets murdered 🤣🤣

Members are welcome in the morning before 10am but we ask that you stick to training in the group training area as the lighting crew will be setting up in the hallway and the Dumbell room!!

Very sorry for the inconvenience!!

!!PLEASE READ!!

Just a heads up to all members and clients, we are going to have to do a temporary emergency shut down of the gym for at least a couple days. There is a leak somewhere in the plumbing and as a result both bathrooms have to be closed until the issue is resolved.

Immensely sorry for any inconvenience, I am trying to resolve the issue as fast as possible, but am currently waiting on a response from the building intendent.

Will keep everyone in the loop as best I can.

Over the years Mads has achieved all sorts of feats, including the most burpees in 5 minutes in the gym, long distance cycling, bodyweight dips, chinups, and serious power under the barbell. If you can do it in the gym there’s a damn good chance that Mads crushes it. She’s an absolute powerhouse and can achieve anything at this point.

But there can be a dark side to crushing it all the time in one area without regard for the rest of life. You feel more stressed, get hurt more, and feel burned out.

Somewhere along the line, you can lose sight of the grand goal: Using health and fitness to have an exceptional life in ALL areas.

Mads shifted gears and worked on a new skill: her ability to control her drive and work ethic with expert precision.

This year our coaches helped Mads make some “forever” adjustments to her health and fitness life. How to balance work and recovery, how to write her OWN programming, and how to never burnout or get hurt in the process.

Mads is on another level now and is getting better every day. She's finding her cruising speed and can do this forever!

Louise’s journey has been a battle through almost every curveball you can imagine. From moving overseas, a wild business travel schedule, and of course a pandemic, she’s faced non stop wildcards thrown at her.

So how can you stay “consistent” when your life is so damn inconsistent? If getting in great shape and health just feels like a fun distraction from everyday life, then you’ll have trouble when s**t hits the fan. When life is hard and time is tight, our values will dictate what gets kicked to the curb and what stays.

Through the gym sessions and distance coaching phone calls, we worked to find her WHY. Just because something is “good for us” doesn’t mean we should care about it. It has to feel like it’s her journey.

Louise is a free spirit and loves adventure. What’s the next place to pack up and move off to? Where is the next get together? She craves adventure, so any sign that she might be imprisoning herself in routine & restriction means a justified rebellion!

We planned her eating style with this in mind, and kept throwing different training challenges her way to keep things adventurous.

Through that, Louise has lost over 30 pounds, can run a 7k, and is in the best shape of her life!
