Louise’s journey has been a battle through almost every curveball you can imagine. From moving overseas, a wild business travel schedule, and of course a pandemic, she’s faced non stop wildcards thrown at her.
So how can you stay “consistent” when your life is so damn inconsistent? If getting in great shape and health just feels like a fun distraction from everyday life, then you’ll have trouble when s**t hits the fan. When life is hard and time is tight, our values will dictate what gets kicked to the curb and what stays.
Through the gym sessions and distance coaching phone calls, we worked to find her WHY. Just because something is “good for us” doesn’t mean we should care about it. It has to feel like it’s her journey.
Louise is a free spirit and loves adventure. What’s the next place to pack up and move off to? Where is the next get together? She craves adventure, so any sign that she might be imprisoning herself in routine & restriction means a justified rebellion!
We planned her eating style with this in mind, and kept throwing different training challenges her way to keep things adventurous.
Through that, Louise has lost over 30 pounds, can run a 7k, and is in the best shape of her life!
