It's Trainer Tuesday 💪🏼
Coach Megan has been an OG evening/weekend trainer with us for 3+ years now and previously coached at an F45 in Toronto!
Not only is she an F45 guru, but she also won’t let any member go through a workout without pushing them a little harder. 🤝
Now, for some rapid fire 🔥
▫️Fave food?
Very unoriginal of me , but I have to say pizza! That said, I’m only talking about my family’s homemade pizza. We are Italian and my grandfather owned a pizzeria for 40 years. He has a brick oven in his backyard that we use quite frequently!! 🤤
▫️Fave drink?
I work for a beverage company, so I’m very loyal to certain brands!🤭. Out of everything, I love sparkling water the most, especially ‘aha pineapple + passion fruit’.
▫️Fave F45 Workout?
I loveee the hybrid workouts on Fridays. They are a perfect mix cardio, resistance and core, to get you sweating and pumped for the weekend! I’m partial to Mont Blanc ⛷️ 🏔️, because I’m a skier and it focuses on areas that are specific to the sport: endurance, lower body, core, and coordination/balance.
▫️If you could be transformed into any animal, what would you choose?
A WHALE 🐋!! I want the opportunity to explore the ocean, while still being top of the food chain. + they have almost the same life spans and emotional intelligence as us 💁🏻♀️.
▫️Fave Disney Character?
Mulan👊🏻! She was one of Disney’s first characters who strived for gender equality and didn’t have to be “saved” by a prince; SHE was the saviour! Also kickass soundtrack— not going to lie, “I’ll make a man out of you” is on my workout playlist🤫.
