👙👚🧦 LAYER UP🧦👚👙due to the slow nature, get dressed with intentions of taking off pieces slowly. If you like to wear shorts, come with sweat pants on over top. A sweater, so you can strip down to the tank top as class heats up 💦🥵🔥
👣 CONNECTED BASE👣 No shoes are required. Your choice of socks or bare feet will encourage a stable foundation and help you grip your matt
🧘♀️SOFTEN DOWN🧘♀️ Bring your own yoga mat to the studio for your practice. Protect your joints and soften your experience with a piece of home.
