Pilates Angela KW Angela Skelton is a part time Pilates instructor VERV Wellness in Kitchener Angela Skelton is a Pilates instructor at the VERV Wellness in Kitchener-Waterloo.

She completed her teacher training certificate at Body Harmonics after discovering Pilates in 2010 while living abroad in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The breakthroughs she made in her own body shortly after that introduction continue to fuel her enthusiasm for the practice today. Off the mat, Angela loves cooking, hiking, globetrotting and downtime with friends and family. She truly exudes a passion for he

alth & fitness and strives to make her knowledge of mind, body, and movement accessible for everybody at every level.
