🥊AUREL🥊I didn't know a human could be so badass and adorable at the same time. I only just met Aurel Stana, but it was easy to see he is loved and very well respected by the fighters he helps coach. His energy is infectious, and he has so much knowledge and skill to share. And happily does it with a smile.
And I liked that he said I was "good for a beginner" when I went a few rounds with him!! 😅🙌 Thanks Coach!!
To those that know him, I hope these photos capture a glimpse into who he is.

🌱☀️ KUTA SUNSET

If the barbed wire fence were not there to support the vines it would crawl along the stone walls, the ground, and get trampled on. Most of the things that help us grow aren't always pretty, and occasionally, can leave scars. However, they help shape us and give us strength to keep going, sometimes even guiding the way. Have gratitude for what has made you stronger 🙏🏻.

😥 WAITING...
Wishing, waiting, and hoping your friends will come home to play...
The thought of this topic, this...this that should NOT be happening is gut wrenching, makes my skin crawl, breaks my heart, and angers me all at the same time.
It's always time to stand up for those that can't. Always.
Not just on the National Day that recognizes it.

Were you there? Did you watch virtually? Were you there in spirit? What are you doing today to continue that support? What books have you read? Documentaries? Movies? Podcasts?
Build your knowledge and understanding of this issue our world is facing.
Spread kindness. Smile with your eyes when wearing a mask. Help where you can. Stand up when you must.

🏝 THE BEACH 🏝

It's been a year so I should probably post some photos of my trip to Thailand/Bali (now that I've made time to actually edit them 🙈 )

Yes, this is infamous beach in the DiCaprio Film "The Beach". Which is now closed to Tourists and this was the closest I could get.
It's been closed since 2018 to give it a break from tourists who were trampling the vegetation. The beach sits on Maya Bay on Phi Phi Leh island, off the coast of Thailand in the Andaman Sea.

It was a fantastic day, and I'm SO happy I took the speed boat instead of the long boat!! 🚤
