Nightmare on Mill Street 5 It's that time of year and Crossfit Kitchener is hosting the most terrifying fitness competition, Nightmare On Mill Street 5.

This years event will take place on November 7th at both our Borden and Mill Street locations.(Map Provided)
Athletes in the Rx'd and Scaled divisions will battle it out over 4 grueling workouts to determine which team will reign supreme. And this year we will be adding 3 terrifying new divisions to our event. Rx'd male pairs, Rx'd female pairs, and masters (45+ same gender) pairs. So get your cos

tumes ready and come join us for a competition that will haunt your for weeks to come. Administrative stuff:
A Portion of the proceeds will be donated to charity
charity will be determined at a later time
There are no refunds once registration is complete. Registration exchanges may be made up to event date, but t-shirt size cannot be guaranteed. Must be 18 years of age to compete
Free parking is available at the event
