So, discussion about the club: Facebook group-linked chats are officially dead, so that group chat we had been using to plan pickup games is gone (currently read only, but soon to be deleted).

We have a new Discord set up already, and some people are on it. If you are not, you can follow this link to join: https://discord.gg/ezg3cZws

But in general, how do people prefer to organize now? Only discord? Some combo of discord and then posting public info on this Facebook group/page? Something else?

Friday night pickup is on! Meet after 6:30, at the corner of Water and Charles in Kitchener! I don't have explicit permission to use the courts, but I'm sure I can convince them it's okay.

Great lighting, so games until whenever we get tired!
There's an Oktoberfest party a couple blocks from there, with beer tent open until 10pm.

Then come down to Bridgeport for Oktobermess, the funnest tournament around. Saturday and Sunday 9-6.

Do you like playing in London in the winter? Would you like the Silverwoods park and arena to be even better?

Please fill out this survey by Oct 31, to tell them that we would like an outdoor rink pad with boards to go with the indoor space. And it doesn't hurt to mention that we like playing indoors there too, so they know how worthwhile it is to maintain the arena!

About the project The City of London is working to revitalize Silverwoods Park and make upgrades to the existing indoor space at the arena. This will ensure local residents and existing user-groups from other nearby communities have a welcoming space with updated sport
