It’s officially spring!

What better way to start a new season then with our upcoming karma ride happening this Wednesday.

Not sure what a karma ride is? It’s a donation ride! All proceeds go to a specific organization or charity; which will be listed in the class name.

We are always looking for ways to give back so you’ll notice karma rides on the schedule throughout the year.

If there’s a place you’d like to be added to our donation list drop their name in the comments!

Matter of Taste is such a lovely cafe located at 115 King St W between Ontario and Young St. ⁠

This amazing coffee shop was founded in 2004 with the goal of crafting quality coffee. They roast their own and partner with other Master Roasters to bring you specialty & unique coffee offerings. Relationship and sustainability is important to them and it is their guiding star. ⁠

They also serve up a variety of baked goods and they have a gelato bar! ⁠
⁠
If you have not checked out their cafe yet and tried their drinks its a MUST. During the summer they have a lovely patio you can sit out front of and sip your drinks.⁠

As summer is nearing an end (we know it can be sad 😢) we here at Cyclone want to keep the fun going all Fall long.

We have lots of exciting things in the works for September to keep things spicy ❤️🤍

We will have more details next week so stay tuned.
Don’t forget to show your body some love and gratitude as we close out this season. It’s been a socially busy one for many as we make up for 2 summers lost.

We are launching outdoor rides in the courtyard beside the LCBO downtown across from the studio!
They will take place Sundays at 9am and Wednesdays at 7pm for the next few weeks.
Sign up online! No access to studio, these will be fully outdoors. Meet in the courtyard!

Meet Jacqui!

Jacqui was part of our first instructor training group and has been with us since day one!

Jacqui has been an athlete her whole life, outside of Cyclone she works full time and coaches basketball. She has a calm and chill vibe that makes her approachable and easy to talk to. This carries over onto the bike, but don’t be fooled to think she will take it easy on you throughout class.

When she gets on the podium she commands the room. Her queuing is on point and she runs you through every step of class clearly. She chooses simple choreo and focuses on intensity, to give you a hell of a workout.

Her music is typically fun pop remixes. Making each class fun, energetic and easy to catch yourself singing a long to the song.

Jacqui has been a huge asset to the Cyclone team from day one! Always a treat to chat with before and after class and ready to have share a laugh with. If you have not come out to one of her classes yet you should not miss out!
