All of these little things I learned and picked up on by watching and talking to high level athletes.

I take pieces out of their routines and mindsets and find out what works best for me.

Some things I try, and I don’t like or they don’t work. Trail and error.

When you get to a certain level, it’s not about how many swings you take, it’s about how many quality swings in a row can you take and how fast can you adjust.

Consistency stems from comfort, comfort creates confidence, confidence creates consistency.

You can’t be upset by the results from the work you didn’t put in.
