Water is one of the most overlooked parts of health and recovery 💧

Hydration affects muscles, joints, circulation, energy, headaches, digestion, focus, recovery… honestly almost everything.

As an RMT, I see it ALL the time — tight, cranky tissues that are stressed, overworked, under-recovered, and under-hydrated.

We need to start with the basics more often than we think. 🤍 Water up!!! 💦💧

My current go-to breakfast 🔥

PC protein wrap loaded with a ridiculous amount of arugula (the messier, the better 😅), topped with scrambled eggs, melty high-protein marble cheese, and a generous hit of hot salsa.

Simple. High protein. So freaking good.

What’s in it:

* 1 PC Protein Wrap
* 1 whole egg + 2 egg whites
* Black Diamond high-protein marble cheese
* Arugula (as much as your heart desires)
* Hot salsa

Macros (approx):
🔥 Calories: ~330
💪🏽 Protein: ~30g
🍞 Carbs: ~22g
🥑 Fats: ~12g

So I’m in and out, in and out…
Next thing I know — the BBQ is in FULL flame mode 🤪🔥

But here’s the thing…

Instead of stressing or saying “well, screw it”
I just adjusted 👇🏽

🥗 Burger bowl
🥬 Loaded with greens
🍔 All the protein
👌🏽 Same meal, different approach

They had burgers…
I had THIS 😍

And honestly? Mmmm. So good.

This bowl has been one of my go-to’s lately when I want something quick but still supports my goals 👇

✔️ High protein Greek yogurt
✔️ Whey isolate
✔️ Pumpkin seeds
✔️ Chia seeds
✔️ Blueberries

~54g protein...

Why I love this:

* Keeps me FULL for hours
* Helps with fat loss + muscle repair
* No energy crash
* Takes 2 minutes to make

I don’t eat “perfect” every day…
But I try to make meals like this the baseline ❤️
